That is the promise made to us by God. We all have the gift of prophecy if only we learn to listen to God's voice and let Him guide us in our ministry.

Learning to prophesy involves carefully crafted steps, which include asking the Holy Spirit for guidance, receiving the gift of prophecy in good faith and learning to distinguish between revelation, interpretation and application.
